Shipment & Tracking


Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive email containing your tracking information and details of the carrier used,
The delivery time is between 1-5 business days, depending on the option you have chosen.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your address and option chosen.

Due to law restrictions, we currently deliver only to England, Scotland and Wales. 


Returns and Refund Policy


Our Policy is 14 days from receiving your order. If you don`t contact us within this period, we will not be able to do any exchange, return or refund.

To be eligible for a return the items must be unused and in the same conditions that you have received it. You should have the original packaging.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Any returns costs are covered by the customer.

 


Refunds

If a return has not been received within 30 days after a return information has been provided , no refund will be issued.

Once your return has been received, we will contact you and if the items is as per our terms and conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact is of there is any issue with your order.

Damages and issues with your order

Please inspect your order once it has been received and contact is straight away, if there is any issue with it. We will than be able to solve any worries you have.
